Hi. Congrats on going gluten free - that's a great achievement. Are you eating any carbs at all? Carbs are important for energy. Can you eat rice or corn products (even corn or rice pasta)? Fresh fruit (including tomatoes)? These are good sources of energy. And, lastly, you are eating enough calories, right? Too few calories will result in your body going into starvation mode to conserve calories. A way to get around this is to have 2 days a week were you eat healthy foods but do not diet. In this way, your metabolism stays in calorie burning mode. If your metabolism is going into starvation mode, it's telling you to eat more. So, give it more and then return to your low calorie diet the next day or so. Again, being gluten free is a great achievement. Keep up the good work!
