cthomas, I hate to see you pigeon hole yourself because the taxes weren't paid. You've worked hard over the years and the house will continue to have many memories, both good and bad. But, you're not a failure! Maybe the economy is a failure, maybe the job market is a failure...but you're not.

There are things outside our control that no one can do diddly about. Even when we can do something, it doesn't make one a failure. Just keep doing the next right thing. Weighing out the priorities and just doing what you have to do. It doesn't have to be pretty...stand tall lady! You will make it through this!
