Hey, bebop. Sorry this crap is happening! I'm going through the same thing. I went in for a CT scan on my arteries and they accidentally found a lump on my thyroid!! They called me within 24 hours so I knew something was wrong and had to go in for an ultrasound on that the other day (day after my birthday......wooohooo) and am now playing the waiting game as well. We can play it together! I'm a total worry wort and go through about every possible scenario in my head and I know how much easier it is to say 'don't worry' than to actually do it.

But like what has already been said, it is very early and the chances of it being cancerous are low. Just be thankful that you live in a country which allows (fairly) easy access to women's care and that we have treatments for things like this. Whatever the outcome we are here to support you!
