Im sorry to hear of your loss of insurance that was covering your Celexa. I am in a similar situation. I was on Effexor XR for 5 years and about two weeks ago the pdoc who signs my scripts decided I could just stop taking Effexor XR cold turkey while he tries me on Luvox.

Been messed up sleeping as you said, for me just half awake and half asleep state. I ended up with no script after 5 years for Effexor XR and am on Medicaid and am not sure when the withdrawals will end or if they have ended? I do notice that with the sudden withdrawal I seem to wake up when I am able to sleep confused as to if it is day or night or what day of the week it is. I am not sure how long the Celexa withdrawals last, only I think it is in the same 'group' or 'family' of the Effexor XR and I wish you the best, as I know This has not been any picnic for me either.

Well wishes on seeing the doc at the handicapped acessable hospital and hope you can get some help with getting back on your celexa or something to ease the withdrawal.
