If someone has a terminal disease, I understand the fear of death for some. I sometimes worry I might die early because I'm the only dependable person to care for my girls ...but it's a fleeting thought. If you accept we're all going to die and get old...this disarms the fear.

I joke that I want to live to 100+ and I don't care if I'm old. I take care of myself, so I can live a long time and attain my goal. I eat healthy and exercise. If you don't want to die early and minimize aging - I recommend reducing your stress. You've lived this long, so there's no reason to believe you're going to die. Worrying is not going to solve this problem, in fact it will make it worse.

Live in the moment, not in thoughts you might die and you're aging. We're all aging, stress makes it worse. Your children need you now. You only have so much control and let the rest go. Time to live and abandon the fear. I think you should challenge yourself for 1 day - wake up and pretend you're not worried about anything and go on with your day. You may live to 100 - do you want to spend that much time in fear??
