we hear you loud and clear...we know this is a difficult time for you, and know that many things seem to be flying in your face atm. Take a step back, and do some deep breathing. Calm yourself so that you can look at this and see that you are beginning to get to the heart of what is going on, and then you will be able to begin to work on it, which I know you are doing now. Let me offer my hand and sit with you right now, and be there for you. I will sit with you as long as you need me to. I love you my friend, and whenever you need a shoulder to cry on or someone to be with you, I'm there. As much as I can be. I know you are strong, and you are stubborn. I know this about you. It's what has helped me in times when I wanted to give up. You always said something to me to help me hold on. Now I want to be there for you. I know you will come out on the other side, whole, and in complete control. I know you will do it. I have faith in you. And I have faith that your therapists will work with you to get strong as well.

Know that I love you. Know that you can do this, know that you will make it because you are strong. You are strong. Hear it...you DPS are strong. You are strong. Believe it.
