I went back to work.. been there for 5 weeks now. One of my alters is not feeling well she is Kory...the others said she is agonizing,.... is that can be possible?

I've been feeling like a roller coaster of emotions...tomorrow I don't feel like going to work, but I can't absent. What I should do I have talked with my alters, but they are so quiet.. can you let me know what I can do?
