squishflop, there are glands in the back of your head, near the neck, that can become swollen when someone is sick, as you are with sinus chest, infection etc. So maybe that pain in your neck will subside as the infections do.

I know what you mean about fears when feeling some sort of pain. I have experienced that for sure. Become afraid its something else. Love the idea of dragging out the old relaxation tapes.
