I'll go through periods where I'll think constantly, and I'll have a constant stream of thoughts, then they'll get out of hand and they'll just carry on going into triggering thoughts. Then something will go "shut up, just shut up" or words to that effect and it'll stop, and I won't be able to recall what it was I was thinking of. I'm going through a phase now where I'm just not thinking at all, and my brain is just empty, no thoughts going through it or anything.
Why are these things happening? I'm confused.

we cant tell you why or what is happening to you. Diagnosing each other is forbidden here. but the sudden onset of symptoms is the body or minds way of saying somethings not right here. Contact your doctors and they can tell you what and why this is happening to you and get it treated.
