I know this is 'off topic' from the original post but I wanted to expand on what you said about acceptance. Regarding panic attacks - a turning point for sufferers of this problem is, 'acceptance'. When we're in the midst of panic, we're scared and we doing everything we can to run away from the feeling - then we spend time worrying and dreading the next panic attack. It becomes a vicious circle of 'fearing the panic' - the more we react, the more it fuels the fear.

The key is accepting what ever the panic can dish out - what's the worst that can happen...we know from experience that it's not going to kill us, even though it feel like it sometimes lol. I would even say - go ahead and feel(accept) the discomfort, take some deep breaths and realize " hey it's not so bad after all". This is the turning point, when the fear, no longer has CONTROL over you and YOU have control over the fear.
