Dehydration can lead to easy bruising, as can over hydration & water retention. Copper is a good venous strengthener, as are some of the other 'micro-nutrients'. You can always try sleeping w/your legs elevated, too - long periods of standing can cause varicose veins & easy bruising in the legs & elevation can help relieve some of the pressure on the veins & capillaries.
