Look to your previous post where you stated...'I sound like such a retard'.I would like to gently nudge you to think of someone you love....would you say 'you are a retard' if they jumbled their words?.....It would be great self care to try to unlearn being unkind to your self.I wonder your age group.Not because you sound young....but because while in teens and young twentys there are many who will tease and such.So I thought ...is someone teasing or criticising this person?Anyways I want you to think of the prettiest,smartest ,most together people you know.Whats left if they lose those attributes.Their spirit.So understand that who you are inside and your kindness to others is ....in the end....all that really matters to those who are true friends.Hugs.Forgive the 'many' words as I have had much coffee lol.But I am a mom of an 18, 20 ,and 23 year old.So I am being a 'mommy'....LOL.~WOolf
