Don't worry, I know that diagnosing on these help forums is forbidden (: I'd just like an idea, not a definitive answer and any possible reasons as to why it started.

It comes in waves though, sometimes I can speak properly and other times I'll trip over my words, or my speech will come out faster than my thoughts.
