What is causing the hives? I would find that out if I could. I was just reading today someone claimed to have hives because they didn't have enough Vitamin D, when they went outside a whole lot for a year or so (met their wife and the two were doing a lot of outside activities and just being outdoors talking, etc.) the hives went away (from being inside having dropped out of college and just sitting in their dark room all day) but when they again were inside too much, a new apartment with nowhere to go outside, the hives came back.

What changed, back the many months when you got hives? Have you had blood tests for all your various hormones (D is a pre-cursor to hormones, like cholesterol is too) and vitamins that might be too many/not enough and looked at all your meds, etc.?
