Rhiannonsmoon - I also have Frozen Shoulder - this is my second time. It the worst pain I've ever had. Yes I realize in theory what I said makes sense and may not work for some in IRL. It also depends on the extent of a persons mental health issues.
As I said before, I know the 'feeling' of a panic attack because I had them for many years. I'm sure there's certain circumstances where this method, may never work because their issues are too complicated. But there are some who experience tremendous relief when they realize they CAN control the fear, instead of it controlling them. This realization doesn't come instantly and I know it may never come for some.
