I write down every night before I go to bed, five things I'm grateful or thankful for. I call it the 'daily five'. Here are today's:
- Brushing the dog's teeth
- Proper sleep
- Work
- President's Choice The Decadent chocolate chip cookies
- Being able to afford to send my father a gift basket for his birthday

I'm a natural worrier. What if I give up today, and tomorrow the most excellent and awesome thing were to happen and I missed out on it? I choose life, even though sometimes breathing is all you can do.
