UPDATE:

Made it through the day and still sane(ish) :-)
Dissociated a little at dinner.
Stayed emotionally numb all day.
Still dazed but know I am ok.
Kept the stone my T gave me with me and used his energy to ground many times - that made a HUGE difference.
My younger dog, Little Buddy, barked and growled at my dad most of the time he was in the house this afternoon and after dinner, but he was fine with my mom. He wouldn't let my dad pet him at all. :-) smart dog! Then when I got back from dropping my mom and dad off at the hotel, the first thing I did was to bleach the bathroom since he had to use it!

Off to sleep now - took a benadryll and Dramamine together so it will knock me out and I can sleep without any alters waking up at midnight tonight! One did that last night and I thought I was dreaming - but she wrote T an Email. T wanted me to call him today but I was with my folks so I just sent him back an email thanking him for wanting me to call him. Just knowing he was there for me really helped.

And yes, I did end up giving him the look I wanted to give him, but it was odd and I didn't care any more about it. And he looked away very fast.

So that is it for now. Thank you all again for being here for me. It made a huge difference.
