Epilepsy isn't a psychiatric condition; epileptic patients are more likely to have comorbid psychiatric conditions but epilepsy alone is not a psychiatric condition.
Dejavue is one of the symptoms of TLE and you would probably be tested for TLE considering you say you do not feel depressed, relating it to your previous bouts of depression.
