Agree with your "brain fart" theory
I am just so tired of these panic/anxiety cycles

. With the PSTD

I should feel better since the individual who caused this to surface in the first place is in prison... for a long time

. However, even the tought... gets me very panicky... anxious about locking doors and windows all the time

And it does not help that my husband travels quite a bit... Thanks again for your toughts

Maybe my official diagnosis of a brain fart is one that could come into play here?
I am told by my partner that I disossicate at least once a day, more often in fact. I don't know what triggers each episode but I know that it is something I can't deal with and that it is connected to some things that happened to me from being age 3 to aged 34. I'm sitting rigid here now just seeing those numbers on the screen in front of me I can feel my body tight as wood.
But I do believe that a good therapist can guide one through the maze of the brain to a remission or halting of the PTSD. Important to note however that it is rarely just PTSD that is a concern or problem and the accompanying issue coud be the key as to whether or not someone will or can be cured.
What are your thoughts?
