I took a look at those light boxes. You can read more about them at apollohealth.com. They charge something like $250 for the portable blue light box. But Costco has them for $139. I figure that it is worth a try. So that is tomorrow's project.... flu shot and light box.

Whereabouts in WA are you? I'm up in the northwest corner where it is usually dark and cloudy all winter... though, I shouldn't diss it completely. The sun IS shining today.
