But I am concerned about you rationale of "why should I care anyway" and those kinds of comments. Don't think that way if you can stop it. That tends to minimize or try to put something that is important and would be wonderful if it were different into a category of well, idk, "it doesn't really matter" ??? type thought?
I wish you had called your T so T could have learned some things while they were fresh. T's heavily invested in your mental health it appears to me. Try and give him what he needs to help you (he isn't a mind reader either I bet.)
