i havent but i was watching a program on cbt(which i know of and have been talked about it before) this doc actually assisted and went with the girl to face her fear after having her perform some actions that similated the symptoms she feels when she is panicky. after performing the actions she felt that no these symptoms wont kill her, as we all know. i am going to check out that type of therapy as i could use a little help to. i guess first though i have to be willing to make a real effort too(ive only done many things half heartedly thinking they wont work anyway its too much for me to deal with) if this helps let us know as we all could use good ideas.
