There's a difference between anxiety and worry; worry we know what we are afraid of (and it's always in the future so not really "right" to be worrying about it since we can't do anything to help it) but anxiety often is just an unknown "in the air" feeling. But, I think some anxiety like that can lead to panic attacks so you might want to talk to a counselor, see if you can't work some of that out instead of just getting "use" to it? I had GAD and therapy was very helpful, all the "jangling" is gone and it's quiet in my head, no more "what if's. . ." or fear over doing small, everyday things.
