Happiness is highly overrated! It's hard to acquire and even harder to inspire. It is not derived from material things. Yesterday I found happiness while taking a long walk. I saw beautiful autumn colored trees, I watched a Red Tail Hawk circle over me. I even found pleasure in seeing a group of buzzards doing acrobattics above the ground I walked.
