Hi Coco, 300 mg is the highest dose of wellbutrin (that was the max I was on). I know depression sucks the life out of a person, but in some ways I agree with what your p-doc is saying. When I'm depressed I don't want to do anything, but I just continue on with my daily routine, going to the gym, work, the stables until the cloud lifts. It is an awful feeling to not feel joy in things you normally would enjoy, but not doing it seems to make me worse.

Some people with bipolar can't handle SSRI anti-d's (Prozac is a SSRI anti-d).

Lack of sex drive is a concern and it definitely could be a side effect of your meds. They can affect people in different ways and I'm not sure if that is listed as a side effect for Prozac.

If you feel your p-doc isn't listening to you let her know. It's important for me to feel that any doctor I see (especially my p-doc) listens to my concerns. Writing my concerns down and taking them with me helps me remember what I want to talk to my p-doc about. Hope that helps.
