Welcome Brian, I would suggest tracking your mood, so you can see if there are any patterns, identify any triggers (i.e. stress, what you ate drank). Do keep an eye on things, when I was put on an anti-d prior to my diagnosis it put me into a mixed episode, so keep in contact with your p-doc, track your mood, let a friend or family member that you trust/respect to let you know if he or she has concerns.
