Don't even give him a second thought -if he's showing signs like this, he's not a good person to talk to at all. Imagine it you asked him a complicated question lol. If he ever does answer, tell him the same thing...makes him wait 2 weeks, be ambiguous and never talk again. He's a Loser with a capital L.
