Just wondering if anyone else does this? I apologise for EVERYTHING even when I ahve done nothing wrong. I SH'ed a few weeks ago and all I have done is apologise to people

I am getting angry at myself for apologising ALL the time

Anyone else like this or has any tips on how to not apologise all the time?
