I had an employee who used a lamp for her SAD - she was very pleased with the results. At the time I was nursing, so I took breaks to go to the mother's room in the health clinic. I suggested that she use the same facility for her daily break, since she needed privacy and electricity. It worked out well - the clinic didn't really need to know her details.
