(((WePow))) I don't know how Cobra insurance works if you walk out but my husband was laid off in May of this year. Thankfully Mr. Obama changed the rates for cobra and instead of our family of four paying $1,500 a month we pay $500 - and that lasts for 15mnths or until my husband finds FT employment with a company that offers insurance (he's currently consulting).
