it's important to remember depression, clinical depression is chemical. just like other diseases. my favorite example to think of: is a diabetic needs insulin. they have done studies showing the area's of the brain effected with clinical depression. it's physical not just psychological. it's hard, because a lot of sociality doesn't think that way. but the chemicals in your brain are off balanced. selfish has nothing to do with it. it's physiological. you have clinical depression. and just like those that have problems with blood pressure need medication, dosage adjustments or a change in medication. crying is like when the medication is off with blood pressure problems. sounds like your not at the right dosage or need a med change. don't buy into what a lot of sociality thinks...it's not a weakness it's a medical problem.
