The CBC will be good, detecting any infections (white cell count) and general health (red would be important for anemia). The CBC isn't anything to fear really, will help if you're run-down from something but HIV takes awhile to allow for AIDS. There's a lot of immune diseases these days and AIDS care/survival rates have improved enormously.

I wouldn't fear any particularly disease; there's so many and no way of knowing which one might get.
