I use it, at times with a Go-lite and at times with a full-spectrum light. It just depends on whether I feel like getting out of bed for the 30 minutes or not. I don't think that using both types at various times matters, but I'm not sure. I definitely can tell a difference on my sleep/wake cycle when I am diligent about using it.
With the Go-lite, I would get headaches at first, so I tapered up with the time and intensity.
