R U able to see a T? i felt like you at one time...hating the bipolar, being on SSD, etc. part of it for me was accepting what is....like i have a lot of health related problems too. i was more able to accept those things. my T put it into a proper perspective when he told me it's just another illness i have...being bipolar. finding a good match with meds helped me immensely too.
