in some ways, retained anger is like food poisoning, you got to get it out or it will kill you. there's no point in pretending like it isn't there,, few things are more important than learning how to let go of it, and let it move out of the system. i too , have been using meditation everyday, usually twice a day, for the past 5 yrs, and i have seen a tremendous differerence in the way i respond to anger triggers,, i also have been learning biofeedback, to get control of they physical responses, which oddly, affect the thought/emotion loop. i am posting a lot of information on meditation in a new member group, Spiritual Development, if any one is interested ,,, Gus
