Had another really productive session with t yesterday. He was so pleased to see how well I'm doing. He said a year ago, I would have gone down a hole after having discussed my abuse in the detail we did last week. I've apparently come a long way. I feel like I have too.

We spent our session this week talking about my relationship with my husband. Nothing earth-shattering.
