I think you are doing really well sweetie and I think holding your dignity the way you have is really commendable. I know you still feel something for him, it is impossible to just switch off your feelings for someone, even when they have treated you badly.

I think you are wonderful and I am very proud to know you because I know just how hard this has been for you. And I don't know if many people realise that difficulty for you. I think you are just brilliant to handle it the way you have,
