Okay, here is my situation- I was diagnosed with ADHD ten years agao and responded well to treatment with Wellbitrin and Adderall. Unfortunately, five year ago I quit working and had no insurance coverage so I weaned myself off the drugs (with my doctor's help). Now I have a job again and am unable to cope. I am unorganized, flighty, and depressed. I have gone to new doctors because I do not live where I did before. The FP put me on 150mg Wellbutrin but was afraid to diagnose the ADHD. The psychiatrist increased the Wellburtin to 450mg, Prozac 40mg, and Celexa 40mg I think because he is concerned about my depression (I can't say for sure because he does not answer questions). I am still unorganized, late to work, not finishing projects, and anxious because I am afraid I will get fired. I have noticed that now, unlike before, I am unable to cry when I get upset- I just dry heave until I vomit blood. I called the doctor's office and the recpetionist (without consulting even a nurse or PA) told me it takes time for the medicine to work. Should I be concerned and how do I find a doctor that can help me?
