Ascension: sounds like you're feeling overwhelmed, with good reason considering all the responsibilities you have. Hope you're able to put it all in perspective. If your house is livable, give yourself a break from worrying about it. When you're ready to come back to it, don't think about all the projects, just focus on one easy one that doesn't require a lot of cash. And maybe break down the big projects into manageable smaller ones...say, maybe you need to put in new windows. Make the project to do just the windows in one room, and give yourself a pat on the back when you're finished. I know I say this way too much, but it's really true - the only way to eat an elephant is one bite at a time. Good luck!
