I know the new hamster wont take hammies place but yea I think that would be great. My cat is 12 years old now, basically old age for his breed (Manx) and not holding the wieght on like he should so I have been spending the last 4 months looking into getting a new kitten into the appartment before Rascal takes that quick slide (hopefully not for another year or so) cause I know that if I don't have another pet to hold onto I will also go. The new kitten will never replace the cat I have right now but I know he/she will be loved. Nothing can replace Hammie but a new pet can help you through the greif process. and I know from the way you took great care of hammie you will take great care of the next pet you choose.
