Thanks for bumping the thread! I don't understand why someone couldn't figure out "who" nor the "why" because it was quite obvious to me. TC! (I mean, the person who bumps it has to do so by posting, and the post explained a response.)

How do I get ppl to follow through? Set goals with rewards. Make it interesting, challenging, exciting ... beneficial to them in some way, or swap out an agreement... all depending upon the situation of course. (Begging is on the list, but at the bottom.
