It is time to put this to rest, before DocJohn decides to take stronger action. DocJohn supports writing a post to an individual, and if it's good enough for him, it's good enough for me. I don't believe for a minute that anyone here is intentionally trying to exclude anyone else from our discussions. Personally, I wish I could get to know you all. Maybe in time.

But as a moderator who cares about everyone here, including the people I don't know, let's let this one go. Friendships are so important, and they shouldn't be ruined over things like this.
