I agree with what vanyel said about the Prozac and Celexa being similar. If your doc can't answer why he put you on both of those, I think it is time to look for someone more communicative. I also think the 450 mg Wellbutrin is quite high. You went from 150 to 450? That is a big jump! Wellbutrin is known to increase anxiety in some people and especially with such a big dose, that could be causing some of your anxiety at work. Have you asked your doctor about the Vyvanse. My PNP told me that she has found that when people with ADHD go on Vyvanse, it often helps both their depression and anxiety. Kind of counterintuitive that a stimulant might help with anxiety, but that is what she has seen. (I take Vyvanse and have found it very helpful. I also try to be more organized using behavioral strategies--not easy but it can help some.)
