Thank you! ((((sunrise))) What you suggest definitely makes a lot of sense (about taking a low dose for a short time). I am just so conflicted over this.......I need to do something though because so far I've made very little progress. I have only recently started working with this particular therapist (though I've been in therapy before) and we've only had two sessions. I'm seeing her again next week and I'm definitely going to talk to her some more about how best to move forward.

Thanks so much again! And thanks also for pointing out that some people do just fine on benzos and that not all doctors who prescribe them are quacks!!
