I don't think that makes you bad. Why have you been phoning her - is it cos you are worried or upset about something? Sometimes when I get that way I want to talk it over straight away. I've been that way about the friends I went to talk with on Saturday. It was a helpful but emotional time and I kept wanting to talk to them on the phone - I was worried that I had upset them among other things.
If you need support, then you need support. Maybe you could think about how else you could get that support? Like, maybe if the same questons keep coming up your mummy could write down some answers for you and you could look at that before deciding if you need to phone. Or does she have email? That's what I do with my counsellor; I know she can't always reply but we always talk about the things I emailed her when I see her, and if it is a big need she will get back to me.

Take care of you. You are not bad.
