Sometimes I don't reply cos I have nothing to say.
A lot of times I don't reply cos I think no-one will be interested in what I think.
I think these are common experiences for most of us, and I think we interpret things which may have no significance because of past experiences. So, because of "old" issues I am very sensitive to the thought that people will not like me, and I interpret eperiences as evidence of rejection, whether they are or not. I'm programmed to expect it, so it is what I see. Doesn't make it feel any different knowing that logically, unfortunately!
