Nice dreams; I'd say they were reminding you of your current awake condition; I take it you are neither rich nor surrounding by loving care? :-) The dream is reminding you that is is possible (versus any thinking you have during the day that nothing ever goes "right" or well for you or you don't deserve good care, etc.).
