At least you came to talk about it! Now that I know I'm epileptic, I'm not embarrassed but several years ago I had woken up in the middle of the night to see I had urinated in my bed!!!! I was thinking "I'm 19......what the...." and never said a word about it to anyone. Shows how much I know! Maybe if I would have been more open, I would have gotten answers sooner instead of waiting 7 years for a dx! Because of course my neurologist specifically asked me if I had ever had problems with incontinence and I thought "holy crap...so I'm NOT weird?! That was normal?!"

Bottom line....best to talk about things because if you don't they can drive you CRAZY! And in my case that's a very short trip!
