I have migraines too. The world of migraines is such a difficult one, robs us of our quality of life while we are in it.
I'd vote you go to ER if you go through another series again, worth getting yourself checked over and given something to give you a much needed break from pain.
Ice packs sorta help me. As does turning off lights and music.
I've figured out some of my triggers, although triggers can always change on us. My main trigger is cigarette smoke. Also don't seem to do well with orange juice, big weather changes, or bright sunlight.
