I hate it when people ask me about her as obviously I don't know

I stated when asked how she is doing at uni... I have no idea as we are no longer friends. I have never said to anyone about this situation. The colleague who asked is a close friend to the both of us... She has a plate load of her own hence her no known. She seem disappointed and asked if this was me being "ill" or if it really is over and something did happen. I said talk to her... she will tell you everythign no doubt.

When I was at my GP's the other day she asked me if my friends were any better and she asked how friendships were going. I said they don't really exist... 2 of my main friends have ditched me and the others dont have time to see me as they are all busy. I speak online to them sometimes and thats it.

She gave me a looked and seemed generally upset that this is the way it is for me now
